Job summary

Westdale Asset Management is seeking a groundskeeper for our 330-unit apartment community in Miami, Florida. The role covers general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas, with outdoor work and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bilingual is required.
• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction

Responsibilities

• Walk the property grounds and common areas.
• Pick up trash and debris.
• Perform minor repair and maintenance using tools and cleaning supplies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Community Manager or Supervisor

• Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies
• Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/orAssistant Community Manager
