Westdale Asset Management in North Miami Beach, FL is seeking a meticulous housekeeper to maintain the office, clubhouse, and residential spaces at our 363-unit luxury high-rise. The role is an hourly, non-exempt position with a standard daytime schedule and potential weekend needs.

Pay is $18 per hour, with monthly renewal bonuses and a benefits package. Responsibilities include daily cleaning of common areas, laundry facilities, and model apartments, plus preparing vacants for new residents.

Qualifikationen

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.
• Knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools.
• Constant need to be on feet and to perform physical activities such as climbing stairs and ladders, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented environment.
