Westdale is seeking a groundskeeper for our 363-unit luxurious high-rise in North Miami Beach, FL. The Groundskeeper handles general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas, offering an outside-working role with an eye for detail.

Responsibilities include ground walks, trash pickup, basic repairs, and assisting management as needed. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) with match, and apartment rental

Formación

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.

Responsabilidades

• Walking the property grounds and common areas.
• Picking up trash and debris.
• Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies.
• Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/or Assistant Community Manager.
