Job summary

Westdale Asset Management is hiring a Groundskeeper for a 330-unit apartment community in Miami, FL. The role covers groundskeeping and routine upkeep of outdoor spaces, with light repair duties.

Salary is $15.00 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and 401(k) match, paid time off, and apartment rental discounts. Work days are Sun–Fri with varying start times.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must meet physical requirements and take direction.

Responsibilities

• Walking the property grounds and common areas.
• Picking up trash and debris.
• Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies.
• Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/or Assistant Community Manager.
