As a Groundskeeper, you will support Landscape Gardeners by implementing work schedules and assisting with landscape maintenance tasks under their direction.

Responsibilities include:

• Understanding proper pesticide use and handling, including chemical mixtures, ratios, and application processes
• Assisting with daily and weekly landscape maintenance activities
• Assessing plant health issues and reporting them to qualified personnel
• Maintaining the health, appearance, and accessibility of the landscape in all seasons
• Snow removal and storm damage cleanup on an emergency on-call basis
• Maintaining cleanliness and care of the landscape maintenance facility
• Proper use and care of mowers, tools, utility vehicles, trucks, and trailers

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid PA Driver's License
• Ability to obtain PA pesticide applicator's certification
• Good written, oral, organizational, and basic computer skills
• Ability to operate utility vehicles, mowers, and trucks
• Ability to work independently
