Join Our Team as a Groundskeeper 2 at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company

We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper 2 to maintain the grounds at Hersheypark Camping Resort, located near Hersheypark amusement park. This part-time position offers benefits such as free admission and parking to Hersheypark, discounts on food and shopping, and more.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate lawn equipment, including manual and riding mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and hedge trimmers.
• Perform landscaping tasks such as trimming trees and bushes, weeding flower beds, and watering plants.
• Maintain cleanliness by picking up trash and raking leaves, and operate blowers.
• Remove snow through shoveling, plowing, and salting.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Minimum of one year relevant experience.

Skills and Abilities

• Organizational skills and positive guest relations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn equipment operation, including forklifts and tractors.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, squat, sit, and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Good physical condition, capable of working in various weather conditions.
• Proper footwear required; uniforms provided.
