Job summary

Onni is seeking a Hotel Engineer to perform diversified maintenance and repair of residential units and facilities across our Seattle properties.

You will respond to work orders, diagnose HVAC and related systems, manage preventative maintenance, and ensure timely turnovers while delivering excellent resident service. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 2 years of building maintenance or related experience preferred.
• HVAC, appliance, or electrical certifications preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.).
• Team-oriented and able to work independently.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, appliances, electrical, plumbing, pool equipment, carpentry, drywall, and exterior of building.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on building systems.
• Ensure timely unit turnovers and high-quality finishes.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests.
• Provide on-call emergency maintenance when scheduled.
• Oversee contractor work for completion and quality.
• Communicate with supervisor about maintenance operations.
• Comply with health, safety, and company standards.

Job Description:The Hotel Engineer is responsible for performing highly diversified duties such as troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential units and property facilities according to safety practices, predictive and preventative maintenance systems and processes to achievement business goals and objectives.Perks and Benefits:When you feel good, you do good.
