Job summary

Onni is seeking an Overnight Guest Services Agent in Los Angeles to warmly welcome residents, handle front desk tasks, and coordinate services with multiple teams. The role involves check-ins/outs, mail delivery, and assisting with move-ins/mmove-outs as needed.

The position requires excellent communication, multitasking, and a professional, team-oriented attitude. Overnight hours from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, with weekend flexibility and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; hospitality coursework preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Professional, team-oriented with strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and provides front desk service.
