Responsibilities

• Respond to resident feedback with a high level of service and creative problem solving.
• Organize resident belongings, messages, and packages accurately and timely.
• Assist leasing with scheduling and organizing property tours.
• Update local attraction information and assist with tickets and reservations for residents.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for guest suite services (cable, internet, TV).
• Coordinate deliveries and move-ins/outs for residents and guests.
• Manage guest parking space assignments and passes.

Privy to all activities available in the city (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) and establishes close contacts with solution providers in these areas to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for residents and guests.Stores and retrieves personal luggage and belongings delivered to the property.Utilizes a variety of software programs to accurately input special arrangements and ensures billing is completed accurately and in a timely manner.Assists in processing Resident Care request for residents and guest via telephone or in person.Provides basic trouble-shooting technical support for guest suite services such as cable, internet, TV movies, games, and web service.Facilitates the point of entry for solution provider deliveries and resident move ins and outs.Manages guest(s) parking space assignment and issues guest(s) parking passes.Oversees the bicycle sharing program.Duties listed above are the primary functions expected of this Resident Liaison role.
