Job Description:

Client Parks is seeking qualified candidates passionate about providing park guests with high-quality service during their visits to Lake Buchanan. This position involves engaging with guests to ensure a seamless, enjoyable experience, whether camping or enjoying activities like hiking, kayaking, canoeing, mini-golf, and more.

Essential Functions:

• Greeting customers upon arrival and facilitating check-in for day-use and overnight guests, handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Providing information on pricing, activities, and recreational offerings such as kayaking, canoeing, mini-golf, etc.
• Managing merchandise/retail sales in the Mobile Gift Shop, inventory, and equipment rentals.
• Monitoring park cleanliness, inspecting facilities, and performing light administrative duties.

Minimum Requirements:

• Passion for sharing the outdoors with guests.
• Experience in customer service or a people-oriented industry.
• Enthusiastic self-starter who enjoys outdoor work and interacting with people.
• Valid Texas driver’s license.
• Employment contingent upon negative criminal background check.
• Completion of CPR/First Aid within 30 days of start date.
