The Groundskeeper is essential in maintaining a safe, functional, and visually appealing property. You’ll handle general upkeep tasks and work both independently and with a team to ensure everything is in top shape.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of common areas, buildings, and grounds.
• Pick up trash and debris around the property.
• Take out any garbage.
• Maintain the overall appearance of the property by performing landscaping, groundskeeping, and snow removal duties when needed.
• Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring that necessary items are always in stock.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Complete minor maintenance tasks when needed.
