Job Details:

• Starting Pay: $18.05 (based on experience)
• Hours: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM, with possible schedule adjustments and weekend work
• Start Date: Immediate

Position: Maintenance Building Groundskeeper (Utility) - 3rd shift

Department: Maintenance

Responsibilities:

• General building and equipment maintenance, including water operations, snow removal, repairs of forklifts, company vehicles, plumbing, lighting, painting, and cleanliness of facilities and grounds
• Trash removal and organization of various sheds and maintenance areas
• Assist with seasonal duties and other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Knowledge of hand and power tools
• Mechanical skills, vehicle maintenance, plumbing, electrical knowledge
• Ability to operate forklifts, bobcats, and other equipment with a clean driving record
• Physical ability to lift 40-50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions
• Overtime availability
• Good communication skills, fluency in English, computer skills a plus

Experience: Minimum 6 months in facility maintenance or automotive mechanic work (preferred, documented in application)

Rehire Policy:

• Maximum of two previous Tyson employments considered
• 90-day waiting period between employments
