RPM Living is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain outdoor spaces, amenities, and building exteriors at multifamily communities. You will support make-ready units, perform basic landscaping, and assist with preventive maintenance while communicating clearly with residents and team members.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of related experience, with basic Microsoft Office skills. This role is on-site with a flexible schedule to meet property needs.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Basic Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Complete grounds work as directed by Maintenance Manager and/or Community Manager, including picking up trash and cleaning areas.
• Thoroughly clean breezeways, mop floors, and wipe down doors/handrails.
• Perform basic landscaping: trimming, pruning, watering, irrigation monitoring.
• Assist in make-ready units by removing trash from vacant apartments.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities to uphold property quality.
• Document maintenance activities and communicate with residents and team members with status updates.
• Report supply needs to Maintenance Manager and/or Community Manager and keep shop organized.
• Collaborate with maintenance team, other departments, and contractors for seamless operations.
• Assess property safety and cleanliness, ensuring regulatory compliance and resident well-being.
• Maintain grounds cleanliness and assist with interior/exterior painting as needed.
