RPM Living is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, exteriors, and leasing office of multifamily communities in Tempe, AZ. You will perform tasks from trash removal to power washing and basic landscaping, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform grounds maintenance as directed by Maintenance Manager and/or Community Manager.
• Clean breezeways, mopping floors, power washing, and wipe doors/handrails.
• Execute basic landscaping: trimming, watering, irrigation monitoring, and debris removal.
• Assist in make-ready units (trash outs) prior to occupancy.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and document activities.
• Communicate status updates to residents and team members.
• Report supply needs and maintain shop organization.
• Collaborate with maintenance team and external contractors.
• Maintain property safety and cleanliness in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain exterior painting and general upkeep.
