Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
• Basic skills in minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry).
• Ability to operate standard maintenance tools and equipment safely.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist with minor repairs and service requests (replacing bulbs, drywall touch-ups, plumbing and electrical tasks).
• Support vacant unit turnovers (moving appliances, debris removal, replacing HVAC filters).
• Perform housekeeping for indoor and common areas (lobby, hallways, restrooms, fitness center).
• Maintain grounds and exterior areas (trash removal, landscaping, seasonal duties).
• Report major issues or safety hazards to supervisor immediately.
