Job summary

29th Street Property Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain grounds, amenities, exteriors, and common areas of our multi-family communities. The role includes trash removal, preparing market-ready units, and assisting maintenance tasks.

The position supports ongoing snow removal when needed, conducts safety-focused upkeep, and helps ensure a welcoming, well-maintained environment for residents. A valid driver’s license may be required, and one year of groundskeeping experience is

Qualifications

• Ability to perform groundskeeping and maintenance tasks.
• Strong communication with residents, staff and management.
• Knowledge of safe use of groundskeeping tools.
• Capable of troubleshooting basic mechanical/electrical issues.

Responsibilities

• Meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, exteriors and leasing office.
• Remove trash from office areas and perimeter daily.
• Assist in market-ready unit prep, including trash removal from vacant apartments.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager with tasks in a timely manner.
• Assist in cleaning vacant apartments and/or models.
• Assist in snow removal when applicable.
• Troubleshoot/repair basic mechanical, carpentry and electrical issues.
• Report maintenance concerns for repairs on apartments, models, clubhouse, and common areas.
• Maintain curb appeal and safety compliance.
