Qualifications

• At least one year of groundskeeping, maintenance, or related experience preferred.
• Proficient in the use of manual and power tools for landscaping and minor repairs.
• Must be customer-service oriented and interact professionally with residents.
• Valid driver’s license required (for golf cart operation if applicable).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean the property daily, maintaining common areas and amenities.
• Remove trash from vacant units and assist with make-ready for new residents.
• Support maintenance with routine service requests and minor repairs.
• Collaborate on landscaping, snow removal, sweeping, and salting as needed.
• Maintain inventory of landscaping tools and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and communicate needs to management.
• Participate in safety and risk management trainings per OSHA policies.
