Qualifications

• 1+ year groundskeeping, maintenance, or related experience preferred.
• Proficient with manual and power landscaping tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines.
• Valid driver’s license required for golf cart operation if applicable.
• Customer-service oriented with professional resident interaction.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean the property daily, maintaining all common areas and amenities.
• Assist with make-ready of vacant units and storage areas.
• Support routine maintenance requests and minor repairs, such as lock changes.
• Collaborate on landscaping, snow removal, sweeping, and salting as needed.
• Maintain inventory of landscaping tools and supplies; ensure good working condition.
• Distribute resident communications as directed by management.
• Report hazards or safety concerns promptly to supervisors.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage respectfully with residents.
• Participate in safety and risk management meetings and training.
