Job summary

Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Groundskeeper in Atlanta to maintain the exterior areas, amenities, and common spaces, while supporting the maintenance team with minor repairs and make-ready tasks.

You will work daily on landscaping, litter removal, and ensuring curb appeal. The role requires reliability, a valid driver's license, and strong communication with residents and supervisors.

Qualifications

• At least one year of groundskeeping or related experience.
• Proficient with manual and power landscaping tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for cart operation.
• Customer-service oriented with residents.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean the property daily, maintaining common areas and amenities.
• Remove trash from vacant units and assist with the make-ready process.
• Assist with minor repairs and basic maintenance tasks.
• Support landscaping, snow removal, and general groundskeeping as needed.
• Maintain and inventory landscaping tools and equipment.
• Distribute resident notices and report hazards to supervisors.
• Provide courteous service and respond to residents’ questions.
