Job summary

Greystar is hiring a Maintenance Associate to keep communities clean, safe, and well-maintained. The role supports the service team, handles make-ready tasks, and assists with daily operations to ensure curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

The position requires a valid driver’s license for golf cart use, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance, and a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to keep common areas neat and free of litter.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and assists in make-ready process.
• Completes routine service requests as directed by the supervisor or manager.
• Changes locks and ensures pool area gates meet safety standards.
• Distributes notices to residents as needed.
• Reports hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Provides courteous, responsive resident service and addresses complaints.
• Follows safety policies and participates in required trainings.
