Job summary

• Valid driver’s license to operate property vehicle.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit and bend for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and ensure common areas are neat and curb appeal is maintained.
• Remove trash and prepare vacant apartments for turnover; transfer trash to dumpster or storage as applicable, and clean storage areas.
• Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor and assist the make-ready specialist in the turn process.
• Change all locks per property policy and ensure pool area gates meet codes and safety standards.
• Distribute notices and communications to residents as necessary; report hazards to supervisors.
• Demonstrate customer service by addressing resident questions and handling complaints about maintenance services; attend safety meetings and follow OSHA requirements.
