Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required to operate property golf cart.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and perform light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Inspect community grounds and common areas to keep them neat and litter-free.
• Assist the service team and make-ready process for turnover of units.
• Handle minor service requests and safety-related tasks as directed by supervision.
• Change locks as required and ensure pool gates operate safely.
