Montgomery College is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor for the Germantown campus, Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm. This is an exempt, non-bargaining role in grade 25 with essential personnel designation.
The role leads grounds staff, schedules work, reviews timesheets, conducts performance evaluations, and supports campus events. Salary is commensurate with experience, with competitive benefits offered.

This position has been designated as 'essential personnel.' Essential personnel are defined as those required to ensure that campus buildings and grounds remain operational and secure, as well as those responsible for monitoring and communicating the College’s operational status. In the event that College operations are suspended, employees in essential roles may be required to report to work at their normal scheduled time or to report to an alternative work location as directed
Hiring Range: $61,384 - $79,776 hourly. Initial salary placement for new hires falls between the minimum and midpoint of the range and is based on relevant candidate experience and internal equity. The maximum salary for this position is $98,168.
For degrees earned outside of the U.S., a copy of your education equivalency, conducted by a nationally recognized evaluation service, must be included in your application.
