Montgomery College on the Germantown campus seeks an immediate Building Service Supervisor for a third shift (10:00pm–6:30am, Mon–Fri). This non-bargaining, Exempt, grade 23 position is designated as essential personnel to keep campus facilities operational and secure.
The role oversees staff and contractors, completes work orders, ensures safety and SDS compliance, and participates in training and performance evaluations.
Montgomery College has an immediate need for Building Service Supervisor on the Germantown campus. This is a third shift supervisor position from 10:00pm – 6:30am Monday through Friday. This position has been designated as 'essential personnel.' Essential personnel are defined as those required to ensure that campus buildings and grounds remain operational and secure, as well as those responsible for monitoring and communicating the College’s operational status. In the event that College operations are suspended, employees in essential roles may be required to report to work at their normal scheduled time or to report to an alternative work location as directed
Hiring Range: $55,830 - $72,567 hourly. Initial salary placement for new hires falls between the minimum and midpoint of the range and is based on relevant candidate experience and internal equity. The maximum salary for this position is $89,304.
For degrees earned outside of the U.S., a copy of your education equivalency, conducted by a nationally recognized evaluation service, must be included in your application.
