Job summary

1st-Lake-Properties is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Technician to keep apartment community exteriors and grounds clean and attractive. You will remove debris, assist with pool areas, and maintain common areas through pressure washing and blower use.

Safety and timely reporting of issues are essential. Ideal candidates have prior grounds maintenance experience, a detail-oriented and team-oriented mindset, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs to outdoor equipment and fixtures as needed.

As a Grounds Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the building exteriors and grounds of the apartment community are well-maintained and visually appealing.
