Job summary

1st-Lake-Properties is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Technician to keep property exteriors and common areas clean, safe, and visually appealing for residents. You will remove debris and help with pool area upkeep.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pressure wash exteriors and remove leaves from common areas.

Job description

As a Grounds Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the building exteriors and grounds of the apartment community are well-maintained and visually appealing.
