Job summary

1st-Lake-Properties is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Technician to keep apartment community exteriors and grounds clean and attractive. You will remove debris, assist with pool areas, and maintain common areas through pressure washing and blower use.

Safety and timely reporting of issues are essential. Ideal candidates have prior grounds maintenance experience, a detail-oriented and team-oriented mindset, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Ability to work independently and adhere to a schedule.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and debris from property grounds daily to maintain visual appeal.
• Maintain pools and common areas (pressure wash exteriors, blower leaves).
• Report safety hazards or maintenance issues to management promptly.
• Perform minor repairs to outdoor equipment and fixtures as needed.
