Job summary

Vail Resorts in the United States is hiring for winter seasonal maintenance positions including Grounds Maintenance, with starting wages of $20.00–$23.00 per hour. Roles are available full- and part-time, with housing and seasonal employment through 2026/2027.

The Maintenance Crew team performs critical operations in the base area to deliver an incredible arrival experience. This entry level position isa great opportunityto learn new skills and gain knowledge in many aspects of maintenance and resort operations.

Job Specifications:

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
