Job summary

Vail Resorts in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Technician for winter seasonal work. Responsibilities include maintaining and repairing company assets, and supporting facility upkeep on a mountainous site.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork and flexible hours (full and part-time options) during the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 period. Eligible for housing and supportive training programs, with a strong focus on guest service and facility reliability.

As the Maintenance Technician, you will primarily focus on the maintenance and repairs of company equipment. You may also complete the general upkeep of aesthetics, such as painting and landscaping. This entry level position is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge in many aspects of maintenance and trades!

Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: $21.00/hr- $23.00 /hr
• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
• Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available
• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
• Housing Availability: Yes

The expected pay range is$21.00/hr- $23.00 /hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
