Job summary

Vail Resorts in California is hiring for winter 2026/27 seasonal roles including Maintenance Crew. This entry level position offers a starting wage of $20.00/hr to $23.00/hr and opportunities to learn across maintenance and resort operations.

The Maintenance Crew team performs critical operations in the base area to deliver an incredible arrival experience. This entry level position is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge in many aspects of maintenance and resort operations.

Job Specifications

Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Job Responsibilities

Assist in a variety of maintenance work which can include but not limited to painting, landscaping, clearing of base area of weather elements and other general maintenance tasks

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
