Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for winter seasonal roles, including Maintenance Crew, across our mountain resorts. Starting wage ranges from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, with both full-time and part-time hours available for the winter season.

Housing options are provided, and programs like ski passes and training help members grow with the company. Applicants must be at least 18, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and willing to work weekends and holidays in outdoor/indoor seasonal environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance tasks such as painting, landscaping, and clearing base areas of weather elements.
• Provide additional support to other resort operations as needed.

The Maintenance Crew team performs critical operations in the base area to deliver an incredible arrival experience. This entry level position isa great opportunityto learn new skills and gain knowledge in many aspects of maintenance and resort operations.
