Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for Winter Seasonal positions (2026/2027) in grounds/maintenance roles. Roles involve assisting with a range of maintenance tasks in base areas, both indoors and outdoors, with opportunities to learn and grow through the Epic Service training program.

Starting wage is $20.00–$23.00 per hour, with full-time or part-time shifts. Housing is available, and shifts include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work outside in seasonal conditions and inside as needed.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Follow safety procedures and support team safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance tasks such as painting, landscaping, base area upkeep and general maintenance.
• Provide additional support to resort operations.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

The Maintenance Crew team performs critical operations in the base area to deliver an incredible arrival experience. This entry level position isa great opportunityto learn new skills and gain knowledge in many aspects of maintenance and resort operations.

Job Responsibilities

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
