Vail Resorts in the United States is hiring for an entry-level Maintenance Crew role in a winter seasonal period. You will support base-area maintenance, learn new skills, and contribute to an outstanding guest arrival experience.

The position offers full-time hours during the season and a starting wage with growth potential. The role requires outdoor/indoor work in seasonal conditions, physical stamina, and availability on weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Follow procedures and guidelines to stay safe and keep your team safe – safety is the priority.
• Comfortable working both inside and outside in seasonal environments.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and perform physical work for extended periods.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in a variety of maintenance tasks including painting, landscaping, and base area upkeep.
• Provide additional support to other resort operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
