Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in Wichita, KS is seeking a Grounds Keeper to maintain exterior areas of client properties. You will perform mowing, pruning, irrigation tweaks, litter removal, and minor repairs using a range of hand and power tools.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, with a pay rate of $14.50 to $15.50 per hour plus SBM benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic landscaping knowledge and ability to operate grounds tools safely.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 35 pounds and perform outdoor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and other grounds features.
• Water and irrigate lawns and plants, adjust irrigation as needed.
• Prune trees/shrubs, mow edges, mulch beds, and remove trash or debris.
• Perform minor repairs to fences, gates, or walls and operate maintenance equipment.
• Follow safety rules and wear required PPE; report hazards and respond to spills.
