Job summary

Greystar is seeking an onsite Maintenance Technician in Haltom City, TX. You will maintain the community’s grounds, amenities, and curb appeal while supporting the service team in day-to-day tasks and the turn process.

The position requires a valid driver’s license for golf-cart operation, physical stamina for outdoor work in all weather, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Benefits and bonuses vary by assignment.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods and bending, climbing ladders.
• Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to maintain grounds, amenities, and curb appeal; removes litter and debris.
• Performs routine service requests and assists the make-ready process.
• Changes locks as per policy and ensures pool area gates operate safely.
• Communicates notices to residents and reports hazards to supervisors.
• Provides courteous resident service and supports safety compliance and training.
