Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter and ensure clean common areas and amenities.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and maintains storage areas.
• Completes minor service requests and assists with the make-ready process.
• Changes locks and ensures pool gates meet codes and safety standards.
• Distributes notices to residents and communicates hazards to supervisors.
• Treats residents with respect and handles complaints about maintenance services.
• Follows safety policies and attends OSHA trainings and safety meetings.
