Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a hands-on maintenance associate to upkeep the community grounds, amenities, and curb appeal. You will support the service team and play a key role in making ready units for new residents.

The role requires physical fitness, a valid driver’s license for golf cart operation, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and a commitment to safety. Competitive benefits accompany the hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods and bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.
• Must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet).
• Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
• Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Incumbents must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to keep grounds and amenities neat and free of litter.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and assist with the make-ready process.
• Complete routine service requests and assist with turnover and safety tasks.
• Change locks and ensure pool area gates are secure and compliant with codes.
• Communicate with residents and supervisors, reporting hazards promptly.
