Key duties include inspecting the community, keeping common areas clean, assisting with make-ready tasks for vacant units, changing locks, and upholding safety policies. The role emphasizes responsive customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Experience in maintenance or facilities desirable.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community throughout the day to remove litter and ensure all areas are neat.
• Removes trash and prepares vacant apartments for turnover.
• Completes routine service requests and assists the make-ready process.
• Changes all locks and ensures pool area gates meet safety codes.
• Distributes notices to residents and informs supervisors of hazards.
• Delivers respectful resident service and responds to complaints about maintenance.
• Participates in safety trainings and follows OSHA-related requirements.
