Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper/Porter to keep the community clean and neat. You will perform duties across offices, models, clubhouse, lobbies, laundry room and common areas, with safety as the top priority.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning, policing of grounds, maintenance, notifying supervisors of completed work, maintaining time records, ordering supplies without overstocking, and reporting defects for repairs. This on-site role offers growth potential and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Position requires safety-conscious approach and ability to follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily cleaning of common areas, vacant apartments, and grounds.
• Notify supervisor when work is completed and ready for inspection to meet Drucker + Falk standards.
• Maintain accurate records of time worked.
• Request supplies through the Maintenance Superintendent/Property Manager without overstocking.
• Report defects or deficiencies to trigger repairs.
• Maintain high standards of resident relations and perform duties as assigned.
