Job summary

Responsibilities include daily cleaning, grounds upkeep, time tracking, and coordinating with the Maintenance Superintendent/Property Manager for supplies and repairs, ensuring Drucker + Falk standards and positive resident relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to stand, walk, and use hands; frequently lift up to 100 pounds.
• Willingness to perform outdoor duties in extreme temperatures and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas, vacant apartments, and grounds daily.
• Policing of grounds and general grounds maintenance.
• Notify supervisor of completed work and readiness for inspection.
• Maintain accurate records of time worked.
• Request supplies through Maintenance Superintendent/Property Manager without overstocking.
• Identify and report defects to order necessary repairs.
• Maintain high standards of resident relations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
