Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Willingness to work outdoors in extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of common areas and vacant apartments; patrol grounds and maintain grounds.
• Notify supervisor of completed work and readiness for inspection.
• Maintain time records and request supplies as needed.
• Report defects to Maintenance Superintendent/Property Manager for repairs.
• Uphold high standards of resident relations.
