Requires a high school diploma or GED (or 1–3 months related experience). The role involves outdoor work in all weather and lifting up to 100 pounds, with safety and resident relations as priorities.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience or equivalent combination.
• Physical requirements: regularly stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk or hear; may lift up to 100 pounds.
• Safety: work outdoors in extreme temperatures and with hazardous conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily cleaning of common areas, vacant apartments, and grounds.
• Notify supervisor of completed work and readiness for inspection.
• Maintain accurate records of time worked.
• Order supplies through the Maintenance Superintendent/Property Manager without overstocking.
• Identify defects so repairs can be ordered.
• Maintain high standards of resident relations and safety.
• Perform duties as assigned by Maintenance Superintendent/Property Manager.
