Eagle's Wings Retreat Center in Burnet, Texas invites a Grounds and Facilities Team Member to help maintain a serene, welcoming space for Catholic and Christian youth and families. You’ll join a small, mission-driven team dedicated to care of our grounds and facilities, supporting retreats and events.

No prior experience required; a strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions are valued as we serve guests in a peaceful, faith-filled setting.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of groundskeeping tools and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• No prior experience required; eagerness to learn and contribute welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine grounds maintenance including landscaping, mowing, and outdoor care.
• Assist with facility maintenance tasks such as light repairs and cleaning.
• Set up and breakdown spaces for retreats and events as needed.
• Monitor and report maintenance or repair needs for safety and functionality.
• Collaborate with team to keep a clean, organized, welcoming environment.
