Job summary

Responsibilities

• Upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office.
• Remove trash from office areas and perimeters daily.
• Assist in make-ready units and cleanup of vacant apartments.
• Support maintenance tasks and operate equipment safely.
• Clean available units and model spaces.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Service Manager.
• Follow safety procedures during tasks and equipment use.
