J Street Property Services is seeking a Maintenance Support to help keep our community clean, welcoming, and well-maintained for residents and visitors. You will focus on exterior appearance, grounds, and common areas, while supporting the service team with turnover, light maintenance, and timely cleaning tasks.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to follow directions, with responsibility for ensuring a safe, presentable environment across shared spaces and model

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous custodial, housekeeping, groundskeeping, porter, hospitality, or property maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment, landscaping tools, and basic maintenance tools.

Responsabilités

• Keep the community grounds clean and attractive through trash pickup, sweeping, pressure washing, debris removal and curb-appeal work.
• Ensure leasing office, clubhouse and common areas are clean, presentable, and safe.
• Assist with apartment make-readies and turnover preparation, including cleaning and light maintenance tasks.
