29th Street Capital is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings for our multifamily properties. The role emphasizes meticulous upkeep, timely trash removal, and preparation of market-ready units in coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Qualifications

• No degree required.
• At least one year of Groundskeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office and parking areas.
• Remove trash daily from office and perimeters.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units by cleaning vacant apartments prior to make-ready.
• Support Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager with tasks.
• Clean vacant apartments and models as needed.
• Assist with snow removal when applicable.
• Troubleshoot/repair mechanical, carpentry and electrical issues when needed.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Supervisor.
• Maintain curb appeal and safety compliance across the property.
• Support the management team with various tasks.
