Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, and leasing office areas at multifamily communities. The role focuses on keeping the property clean, safe, and presentable.

You will perform landscaping, basic maintenance, and coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely tasks and resident satisfaction. The position is on-site with a flexible schedule, including weekdays and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete grounds work as directed by Maintenance/Community Manager (trash pickup, cleaning, power washing, etc.).
• Clean breezeways, remove cobwebs, mop floors, power wash, wipe doors/handrails.
• Perform basic landscaping (trimming, pruning, irrigation monitoring, debris removal).
• Assist in make-ready units (trash removal from vacant apartments).
• Conduct preventive maintenance and document activities; communicate status to residents and team.
