Greystar, a leading global real estate platform, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep communities well maintained, amenities pristine, and curb appeal high. You will support the service team with the make-ready process and ensure safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter and ensure common areas are neat and free of litter at all times.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments prior to make-ready and cleans storage areas.
• Completes assigned minor and routine service requests and assists the make-ready specialist.
• Changes all locks and ensures pool area gates meet codes and safety standards.
• Distributes notices and communications to residents as necessary.
• Informs supervisors of hazards or dangerous situations for residents and staff.
• Demonstrates customer service by addressing resident questions and handling complaints about maintenance services.
• Follows Greystar safety policies and attends required safety training and meetings.
