Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is hiring for a maintenance-focused role at our Frisco, TX community. The role ensures the physical grounds are well-maintained, supports the service team, and helps uphold curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

You will perform make-ready tasks, handle routine service requests, and participate in safety trainings while maintaining a responsive, resident-focused approach to daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to keep common areas clean and curb appeal high.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and support make-ready processes.
• Complete routine service requests and assist the make-ready specialist during turns.
• Change locks and ensure pool area gates function safely and compliantly.
• Distribute notices to residents and report hazards to supervisors.
• Provide courteous resident service and address maintenance-related questions and complaints.
