Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and repair buildings, grounds, and common areas at our Dallas community. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and maintain safety and cleanliness to Greystar standards.

The role involves supervising make-readies, coordinating with vendors, and supporting the Community Manager with budget-related maintenance tasks and cost-control practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trades.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and safety in their use.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in a support capacity.

Responsibilities

• Review and complete work orders from resident requests and perform routine maintenance.
• Manage make-ready processes for vacant units, schedule vendors, and ensure timely completion.
• Develop and uphold cleanliness and appearance standards for grounds, exteriors, and common areas.
• Inspect work by colleagues and contractors to ensure quality and compliance with policies.
